A consultation at Best Health Care and Consulting, LLC typically lasts between 30-60 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences. We can also work with you to create a customized health plan that includes shorter or longer sessions, depending on your schedule and goals.


A few of the results we've seen in our clients have been an improvement or alleviation of the following symptoms or conditions: high blood pressure, high cholesterol, depression, anxiety, headaches, chronic fatigue, joint pain, fibromyalgia, thyroid disease,  autoimmune disease, pain & inflammatory conditions, skin conditions, gastrointestinal problems, and cancer.


This depends on the length of time you've been experiencing symptoms, your age, any medications you are using, and your commitment level.  For less severe cases, many clients will be on a program for about 3-4 months.  For chronic or more severe cases, healing of the body can take up to a year or longer.  Although each person is unique, we've had severe conditions respond in a matter of a few months.


In an ideal world, we should be able to simply eat well grown, powerful, nutrient-dense foods to get all of our necessary nutrition, however, we no longer live in an ideal world.  Farming practices of the last hundred years or so have reduced the quality of our soil immensely.  We no longer enjoy the same amount of iron in a bunch of spinach as our ancestors had, for example. Our soil is depleted of necessary nutrients  that our bodies need and no matter how carefully our produce is grown in the United States, Mexico and many other countries, we simply can't get enough of the nutrients these foods offer to us today.  Until we re-mineralize our soil, pay it the love and respect it deserves, and change our mindset and lifestyle to match the healthy world God gave us, it may be necessary to take supplements to achieve and maintain optimal health.  However with this said, let there be no confusion about the beliefs we uphold - getting nutrients from fresh and properly prepared foods and homemade tonics is by far superior to taking multiple isolated supplements.  As a matter of fact, we suggest that you stay away from isolated forms of vitamins and nutritional supplements.  Real food-derived supplements with all synergistic factors still intact are not as easy to find on the market as you may think.  Certain nutrients are also more beneficial when received from properly prepared, homemade meals than from a bottle.   


This depends.  If we feel the supplements you are taking will not interfere with your results, we may have you continue them.    However, most often, we find the supplements our clients are taking haven't provided them with any noticeable improvement and sometimes are even undermining their health.  The supplements we recommend can provide profound results in a shorter amount of time.    Most often we will have you stop your current supplements during your program. 


No.  You should never stop any medications.  Oftentimes, when the body begins to get a foothold on the healing process and gains more energy, you may find the need for your medication lessens and you then may be able to entirely stop or reduce the dosage of the medication.  It's important however that you keep routine checkups with the prescribing physician so that they can adjust the dosage or stop the medication whenever needed.
